Julia will be conducting a tour in order to perform in live concerts to raise funds for her new project Ahibaii, a project for the benefit of all the families of the Lebanese Martyrs of the July 2006 War. The first stage of the Tour will include the Lebanon, Qatar, Dubai, Kuwait and Syria.

Julia Boutros has launched a new single entitled Ahibaii (My Loved Ones).

This new single is not just a song. It is a whole project which aims at helping the families of all Lebanese martyrs who perished during the latest Israeli attacks on Lebanon.

The music of this single is composed by Ziad Boutros, brother of Julia.

The music of the song is arranged by Michel Fadel and lyrics are those of the renowned poet Ghassan Matar.

The single aims at helping the families of all Lebanese martyrs who perished during the latest Israeli attacks on Lebanon. The announcement of the fundraising project came during a media conference held on Wednesday at the Syndicate of Lebanese Journalists, in the presence of President Mohammad Baalbaki and the media.

During the conference, Julia Boutros saluted the Lebanese people and the martyrs” families.

Julia called on all those people who feel a duty towards their country to contribute through either buying the CD or direct donations.

The project is not only aimed at the Lebanese, but at the whole Arab world, with a big faith from Julia herself of reaching a target of more than one million dollars in donations.

“We have big faith in your sacrifices, in our victory through our resistance in the face of the Israeli enemy. We have faith in the heroes who gave their blood and lives for us to keep our head high. Together we stand unified for our cherished Lebanon, which will remain a symbol of resistance against injustice which is spreading through the Arab world” said Julia.
